This mature 3 acre lake is situated on the borders of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, in delightful, secluded grounds. Around the lake are well kept swims, with a considerable range of trees, shrubs and well kept grounds. There are large weeping willows that are natural holding areas for carp as well as many climbing trees that enable you to look for fish and snags.
